- 2 beets
- 1 small pepper
- 3 large onion slices
- 1 hot yellow pepper
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ground tarragon
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 dash sea salt
- 3 tbsps olive oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan or a wok.
- Add cleaned and sliced vegetables to the oil, then add seasonings.
- Cook slowly until nice and soft.
- Note: alternatively you can grill the vegetables over an open flame on your grill.
