  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 hot yellow pepper
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 small pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ground tarragon
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 2 beets
  • 3 large onion slices

Directions

  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan or a wok.
  • Add cleaned and sliced vegetables to the oil, then add seasonings.
  • Cook slowly until nice and soft.
