  • 2 tbsps condensed tomato soup
  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 leaves spinach

Directions

  • Spread soup over flatbread, top with half of the cheese.
  • Arrange mushrooms/tomatoes/spinach and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 400 °F (205 °C) until crispy about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
