- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/5 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a pot.
- Cook on over medium for 10 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency.
- Note: can be put into a blender, set on low for a few seconds.
