- 2 tbsps fat free thousand island dressing
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 meatless soy burger patty
- 10 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 oz low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans
Directions
- Cook meatless soy burger and chop.
- In a bowl add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, cheese and meatless soy burger.
- Toss with fat free thousand island dressing and taco seasoning.
