  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tsps or 1 packet dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  • Combine the cabbage, sprouts, walnuts, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Serve immediately.
