- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tsps or 1 packet dijon mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Combine the cabbage, sprouts, walnuts, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Serve immediately.
