- 2 cups 100% whole wheat flour
- 3 eggs (large)
- 2 1/2 cups fat free milk
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/4 tsps active dry yeast
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 1 scoop meal replacement shake vanilla
- 1 cup wheat gluten powder
- 1 1/4 cups lupin flour
Directions
- Warm honey and milk in a pan. Do not boil.
- Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes to allow it to bloom.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add yeast mixture, eggs, and olive oil.
- Knead the dough and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
- Transfer to a bread mold and garnish as desired. Let rise for an hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
