  • 2 cups white beans
  • 0.12 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped or diced chili pepper, roasted
  • 1/2 tsp sage

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in food processor.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Taste for seasoning; add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Note: you can use canned Ortega chili peppers.
