Ingredients

  • 28 oz diced tomatoes juice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz green chilies
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cups green beans

Directions

  • In a non stick frying pan saute the onion and bell pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts. When the breasts are cooked, cut into small bite size pieces.
  • In a pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  • After boiling, reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
