  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 tsps soy sauce

Directions

  • Brown ground beef with chopped onion and red pepper.
  • Cook rice according to directions on package.
  • Mix rice with cooked ground beef mixture.
  • Add crushed red pepper and soy sauce.
