  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup, slivered almonds
  • 1 oz protein powder

Directions

  • Mix yogurt with protein powder.
  • Stir in blueberries.
  • Sprinkle with almonds.
  • Note: I use vanilla flavored protein powder, so if you use plain powder, you might want to add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a Splenda packet. You can also use different berries or nuts, depending on what you have around.
