  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsps cream cheese
  • 6 oz fat free strawberry yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Melt cream cheese and margarine or butter in microwave.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined.
