- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsps cream cheese
- 6 oz fat free strawberry yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Melt cream cheese and margarine or butter in microwave.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined.
- Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray before each waffle and cook according to your waffle pan instructions.
