Ingredients
- 15 g sliced thick bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 medium egg
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup medium cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Directions
- Heat the butter in a pan. Put chopped onions and bacon. Cook until the onion is translucent and the bacon is golden.
- Grate the zucchini, let stand for a few minutes, and squeeze to remove moisture.
- Mix everything in a large bowl.
- Spread the batter in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool then slice into squares.
