  • 3 tsps dry chicken broth, bouillion or consomme
  • 5 cups kale
  • 1 medium raw vidalia sweet onion
  • 2 links italian sausage
  • 2 medium potatoes

Directions

  • Chop vegetables.
  • Sauté sausage in a non-stick skillet.
  • Add onions and cook until translucent. Add consomme powder.
  • Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and season according to preference.
  • Once potatoes are tender, add kale. Simmer for 5 minutes then turn off heat.
