Ricky Schroder, an actor, starts a new charity to fight the moral decline in Hollywood

In a societal context where Hollywood dictates what media we see, the Reel American Heroes Foundation (RAHF), created by Golden Globe Award Winner Ricky Schroder, is dedicated to countering mainstream message by creating a platform that highlights our country’s fundamental ideals. The foundation is dedicated to honoring our country by creating material about veterans, active military, their families, and first responders that inspires, raises awareness, entertains, and educates.

Ricky Schroder, a conservative activist, is no stranger to battling for Americans’ daily liberties. Schroder grew up in the limelight of Hollywood, witnessing the terrible consequences of a lack of conservative principles in the media we consume.

To continue fighting for the ideals on which this country was built, Schroder has joined forces with a rare collection of creatives who have over 100 years of combined experience writing, producing, and directing films, documentaries, and television shows.

As part of their mission to counter mainstream messaging, RAHF established the Council on Pornography Reform (CPR), which exists to promote a safer and more responsible digital landscape and to highlight everyday heroes who are combating the effects of pornography by weakening its hold on society.

Our children and teenagers now have access to adult content, such as pornographic websites, at the smallest ages we’ve ever seen. The average age at which a youngster first encounters online pornography is 12, and 70% of young males aged 18 to 24 browse pornographic websites at least once a month. Schroder and CPR hope to alter that. CPR seeks to strike a balance between freedom of choice and the protection of vulnerable groups, resulting in a more educated and responsible digital society.

RAHF and CPR are now leading the development of captivating and educational documentaries on how pornography has corrupted the minds of both adults and children, and they are actively working with politicians to raise the age of access to adult content. Additional films are already in the works to cover a wide range of issues and serve as a reminder of the ideals on which our country was established.
