INGREDIENTS

¼ cup butter
3 cups pecan halves
½ cup Swerve Brown
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ to ½ teaspoon chipotle powder optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Coat a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker with oil.
2. Put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
Stir a couple times while cooking to coat the pecans.
3. Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper to cool. Once the nuts have cooled, break apart any clumps.
