Enjoy some much-needed relaxation with some Keto Berry Yoghurt Bark. This low-carb frozen dessert is great any time of day since it blends yoghurt with a variety of luscious berries. It is the pinnacle of sweet indulgence since every bite is bursting with creamy bliss and fruity flavor. The berry ecstasy starts with a bite of this lively, delicious bark.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup fresh berry(90 g), chopped
1 cup vanilla yogurt(245 g)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Apply parchment paper to the inside of an 8×8 (20×20) baking pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with an even layer of yogurt. Put berries on top. Put in the freezer for at least two hours. Take out of the freezer and split into pieces.
