- 2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 56 g organic coconut flour
- 168 g super fine almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pure almond milk - unsweetened original
- 4 large eggs
- 24 g no calorie sweetener
- 168 g unsalted sweet butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Cream butter and sweetener until smooth while adding one egg at a time.
- Add almond milk and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until creamy.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
