  • 24 g no calorie sweetener
  • 168 g unsalted sweet butter
  • 1/2 cup pure almond milk - unsweetened original
  • 56 g organic coconut flour
  • 168 g super fine almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Cream butter and sweetener until smooth while adding one egg at a time.
  • Add almond milk and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until creamy.
