- 1 tbsp clarified butter ghee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup almond meal flour
- 60 ml water
- 50 g parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 8 almonds
- 1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp organic whole chia seeds
- 2 g baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
- Blend all ingredients (except baking powder) in a blender.
- Once mixed, add baking powder.
- Add to the tray.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds, flax seeds, and chopped almonds.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
