  • 1/2 tbsp clover honey
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Directions

  • Cut banana into slices and freeze for at least 12 hours (overnight).
  • Place frozen banana in food processor or blender. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla soy milk.
  • Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
  • Serve immediately.
  • Note: you can eliminate the soy milk for a thicker texture. Crunchy peanut butter can also be used instead of creamy.
