Ingredients
- 4 oz cranberry-grape juice
- 100 g strawberry banana yogurt, lowfat
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed seeds, freshly milled
- 3/4 cup whole strawberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
- Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
- Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
- Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.
