Ingredients

  • 4 oz cranberry-grape juice
  • 100 g strawberry banana yogurt, lowfat
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed seeds, freshly milled
  • 3/4 cup whole strawberries, fresh or frozen

Directions

  • Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
  • Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
  • Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.
