Ingredients

  • 1/2 head large cabbage
  • 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 medium sweet yellow onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 oz hispanic chicken flavored granulated bouillon

Directions

  • Thinly slice onion and cabbage.
  • Put everything into pot to boil until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Cube or shred chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to pot.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
  • Note: this can be eaten plain or over brown rice.
