Ingredients
- 17 g green onion
- 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower roasted garlic
- 1 1/2 sweet mini peppers
- 1 slice bacon
- 20 g cheddar jack shredded cheese
Directions
- Air fry bacon until crispy or desired texture is achieved.
- Pan fry peppers until softened.
- Slice green onions and measure out cheddar cheese.
- Add all ingredients to mashed cauliflower.
- Bake mashed cauliflower according to packaging directions or until cheese has melted.
