- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- 5 tbsps canola oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Tonkatsu sauce
Directions
- Dip boneless chicken breasts in egg and then dip in flour. Finally, dip them in the panko crumbs.
- Add oil to a frying pan and fry chicken breasts until golden.
- Top with Tonkatsu sauce.
