  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 5 tbsps canola oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Tonkatsu sauce

Directions

  • Dip boneless chicken breasts in egg and then dip in flour. Finally, dip them in the panko crumbs.
  • Add oil to a frying pan and fry chicken breasts until golden.
  • Top with Tonkatsu sauce.
