Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

  • Finely chop the onion. Whisk the chopped onion and all the other ingredients, except the chicken.
  • Marinate the chicken in the mixture 4 hours or overnight.
  • Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
