Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp allspice
Directions
- Finely chop the onion. Whisk the chopped onion and all the other ingredients, except the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture 4 hours or overnight.
- Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
