- 1 can tuna, packed in water
- 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 2 stalks large celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 head boston lettuce
Directions
- Drain tuna and break up with a fork.
- In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, mushrooms, celery, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in lettuce leaves.
