  • 1 can tuna, packed in water
  • 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 stalks large celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 head boston lettuce

Directions

  • Drain tuna and break up with a fork.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, mushrooms, celery, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve in lettuce leaves.
