- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 fl oz water
- 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
- 1 1/2 oz dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps powdered peanut butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and then stir in chocolate chips.
- Put on top of celery, phyllo, or any low car snack.
- Keep chilled.
