Megan Fox describes a heartbreaking encounter.

Megan revealed in her new poetry collection, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, that she miscarried while pregnant with her and fiancé Machine Gun Kelly’s child. And, as the Jennifer’s Body actress recently revealed, her experience was “much harder” than she expected, coming years after she had lost a pregnancy.

“I’ve really thought about ‘why was that?'” “Why was that so difficult for me?” she said in an interview with WWD on Nov. 29. “Because I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was younger.” I’ve had other thoughts that I won’t share because, God forbid, the world will be in uproar.”

She said, “I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.”

Megan, who shares custody of Noah, 10, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, revealed that she and MGK have resorted to artistic avenues to aid in their rehabilitation.

“That love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me,” she went on, “and left me with a lot of grief and suffering.” So I used it in a lot of my writing. He’s also written about them in his albums, including a handful of songs about the miscarriage. So it just seemed like something I could discuss openly because it had already been handled in some manner via him, so I have a platform to express myself as well.”

Indeed, during his performance of “Twin Flame” at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, MGK revealed that he created the song for his “wife” Megan, adding, “This is for our unborn child.”

Shortly after performing, the “Home” singer remarked on his performance on X (previously known as Twitter), saying, “Broke my heart to sing the end of that song.” “I recorded twin flame 2 years ago today,” he subsequently said, “and the second half came a year later.” It’s wonderful to be able to perform it for you tonight.”

Megan, on her part, sent a comment in support of her fiancé’s openness.

“Baby- so proud of you for giving such a vulnerable and emotional performance,” she said on Instagram in May 2022. “You are magic.”
