In a series of shirtless vacation photos, Tom Brady flaunts his six-pack

Tom Brady may no longer be a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he’s still enjoying the Florida heat. The seven-time Super Bowl champion recently shared a photo carousel on Instagram of himself and his children out on the water near his Indian Creek, Miami, home.

Brady’s lean and toned post-NFL figure was on full display, sporting swimwear and a snorkel—and he’s shameless about putting thirst traps on Twitter throughout the holidays.

“I did winters in Michigan and Massachusetts for a long time,” he said in the caption. “Let me have this.”

Brady has been enjoying his best life since announcing his (second) retirement in February 2023, traveling and spending time with his three children, Jack, Benny, and Vivi, whom he co-parents with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. And now that he isn’t bound by a hard training routine, he has the time and energy to invest in his own emotional health as well as his physical health.

“I’m down about 10 pounds, but I’m actually very fit right now,” he explained in September on Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray’s Let’s Go podcast. “I haven’t had the stress that I did when playing, so I’ve been able to focus a little more on my physical health… You might prioritize a variety of other factors, such as work, children, relationships, family, greater good, and community, but at the end of the day, physical and mental health should be at the top of the pyramid.”
