  • 1 cup white flour
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsps ground flaxseed seeds
  • 2 tbsps raw shelled hemp seed
  • 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • 3 tbsps honey
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients, putting flour and oats last. Mix well.
  • Pour into muffin pan then add fruit toppings if desired.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 350°F.
