Ingredients

  • 1 sprig cilantro
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 7 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tbsps ginger garlic paste
  • 20 oz ground beef (93% lean / 7% fat)

Directions

  • Simmer ground beef in a pan and drain fat. Set aside.
  • Wash rice until the water is clean and cook in a rice cooker.
  • Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and jalapeño. Stir well.
  • Put in tomato slices and mix well. Season to taste.
  • Add cooked ground beef and heat it on high for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
  • Stir in rice until everything is combined.
