Ingredients

  • 14 oz boneless, cooked, lean only steak (lean only eaten)
  • 4 cups shredded chinese cabbage (bok-choy, pak-choi)
  • 2 cups green snap beans
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup avocado vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 4 tsps sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 tsps ginger
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsps roasted sesame seeds

Directions

  • Wash and slice the vegetables. Make sure the dirt are removed.
  • Put a pan with 1 tbsp oil over low heat. Add steak and cook until brown. Set aside.
  • Pour the remaining oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add sugar, sriracha, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Put the vegetables and stir to combine with sauce.
  • Add the beef and mix.
  • Serve with sesame seeds on top.
