Ingredients
- 14 oz boneless, cooked, lean only steak (lean only eaten)
- 4 cups shredded chinese cabbage (bok-choy, pak-choi)
- 2 cups green snap beans
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup avocado vegetable oil
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- 4 tsps sriracha chili sauce
- 2 tsps ginger
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsps roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Wash and slice the vegetables. Make sure the dirt are removed.
- Put a pan with 1 tbsp oil over low heat. Add steak and cook until brown. Set aside.
- Pour the remaining oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sugar, sriracha, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Put the vegetables and stir to combine with sauce.
- Add the beef and mix.
- Serve with sesame seeds on top.
