  • 3 tsps minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp organic minced ginger
  • 48 oz boneless beef brisket (lean only eaten)
  • 4 cups chopped mustard greens
  • 8 cups cooked japanese (daikon) radish (fat added in cooking)
  • 16 cups water

Directions

  • Boil beef with ginger, garlic, and salt for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  • Add chopped daikon and boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Add mustard greens and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat then serve in a bowl.
