Ingredients

  • 35 oz beef mince
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp worsteshire sauce
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsps parsley
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 medium egg

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into patties and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Barbecue or panfry for a few minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Serve inside toasted Turkish bread with fried onions, tomato relish and rocket.
