Ingredients
- 35 oz beef mince
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp worsteshire sauce
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsps parsley
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 medium egg
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into patties and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Barbecue or panfry for a few minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve inside toasted Turkish bread with fried onions, tomato relish and rocket.
