Ingredients

  • 6 oz lean ground beef
  • 134 g cabbage
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1/2 packet beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp chili
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Directions

  • Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain.
  • Add pepper, garlic and chili powder to pan (and any other spices you wish to add as well).
  • Add cabbage to pan.
  • Add beef broth to pan.
  • Add rice to pan.
  • Mix all items together and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
