  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 2 packages frozen vegetables
  • 1 lb beef chuck

Directions

  • Cube the beef (or buy it pre-cubed, as "stew beef").
  • Pour soup and broth into crockpot, mix together.
  • Add vegetables and beef to the crockpot.
  • Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Note: I like to use frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery), but whatever vegetables you like should be fine.
