Ingredients
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 packages frozen vegetables
- 1 lb beef chuck
Directions
- Cube the beef (or buy it pre-cubed, as "stew beef").
- Pour soup and broth into crockpot, mix together.
- Add vegetables and beef to the crockpot.
- Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
- Note: I like to use frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery), but whatever vegetables you like should be fine.
