  • 2 tbsps raw organic coconut butter
  • 4 oz vanilla bean syrup
  • 3 tbsps coconut oil
  • 8.8 oz 50% dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Put everything in the blender except coconut oil and chocolate and blitz, divide into 26, using a heaped teaspoon.
  • Roll into balls and pop in the fridge for an hour until hard.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
  • Roll the cold coconut balls in dark chocolate and pop back in the fridge for another hour.
