Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsps coconut oil
- 8.8 oz 50% dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 4 oz vanilla bean syrup
- 2 tbsps raw organic coconut butter
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
Directions
- Put everything in the blender except coconut oil and chocolate and blitz, divide into 26, using a heaped teaspoon.
- Roll into balls and pop in the fridge for an hour until hard.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Roll the cold coconut balls in dark chocolate and pop back in the fridge for another hour.
