- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 cups water
Directions
- Fry onion.
- Stew pork with onion and carrots. 40 minutes will be enough.
- Add 1 cup of buckwheat and 3 cups of water, cap and stew for 30 minutes more on small heat
