  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • Fry onion.
  • Stew pork with onion and carrots. 40 minutes will be enough.
  • Add 1 cup of buckwheat and 3 cups of water, cap and stew for 30 minutes more on small heat
