Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 15 oz kidney beans (drained)
- 5 stalks medium chopped celery
- 2 tsps chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsps garlic, chopped
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 can beef broth
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan and add the chopped onion and celery until onion is clear.
- Place bhe beef, onion and celery mix in to a 5 qt slow cooker and add all other ingredients.
- Stir and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
