Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups penne
  • 1 1/4 cups original diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 14 frozen shrimp
  • 42 g finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet butter

Directions

  • Boil penne according to package instructions.
  • Sauté shrimp in a nonstick skillet until the color turns pinkish orange.
  • Remove shrimp from the pan. Add butter, milk, and cheese. Cook until thickened.
  • Add penne and shrimp, then mix.
  • Garnish and serve.
