Ingredients
- 2 large eggs (whole)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a pie pan.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
- Add flour and stir well.
- Add shredded mozzarella and mix.
- Pour into the pie pan and bake for 30 minutes.
