Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsps vegetable oil
  • 5 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/4 tsps garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 5 cups cooked white rice
  • 8 oz tomato sauce

Directions

  • In large skillet, sauté onions and green peppers in oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add tomato sauce and spices. Heat through.
  • Add cooked rice and chicken, and heat through.
