Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 0.12 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander seed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 oz grilled chicken breast chunks
- 3 cups pepper stir fry
Directions
- Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Saute vegetables and chicken until vegetables are cooked and chicken is heated through.
- When nearly done, add spices and soy sauce. Stir.
- Add quinoa last. Stir until quinoa it's heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
