- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 23 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
Directions
- First mix together eggs, butter, oil, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, salt, and baking soda on top of the mixture and stir up until creamy.
- Add in the chocolate chips and mix.
- Use a small scooping to place as many small cookies as can fit with room to expand on the stone or a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
