  • 1 tsp instant caffeine-free coffee
  • 3 tbsps cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate milkshake protein powder
  • 3/4 cup protein packed buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients, except baking powder.
  • Add eggs and egg white, then water.
  • Add baking powder and stir well.
  • Transfer the batter in a plastic bag, cut the tip, and squeeze to dispense into the donut pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
