- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop chocolate milkshake protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp instant caffeine-free coffee
- 3/4 cup protein packed buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix
- 3 tbsps cacao powder
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients, except baking powder.
- Add eggs and egg white, then water.
- Add baking powder and stir well.
- Transfer the batter in a plastic bag, cut the tip, and squeeze to dispense into the donut pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
