  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 70 g bacon pieces
  • 250 g sliced roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup poppyseed dressing & dip
  • 400 g tri-color coleslaw
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 350 g broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 cup sweet vidalia onion dressing

Directions

  • Place thinly sliced onions in a bath of ice cold water to reduce some of the bite. Drain after 5 minutes and pat dry.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding the dressings last.
  • Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving.
