- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 medium granny smith apple
- 1 tbsp parsley, minced
- 2 tbsps light mayonnaise
- 1 fl oz lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
Directions
- Place all ingredients (except lettuce) in bowl and toss gently.
- Serve on lettuce.
