  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 medium granny smith apple
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsps light mayonnaise
  • 1 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded or chopped lettuce

Directions

  • Place all ingredients (except lettuce) in bowl and toss gently.
  • Serve on lettuce.
