- 350 g peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill approximately 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Shape into 1" balls and store in refrigerator.
