Ingredients
- 1 extra small banana
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup slices apples
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
- Warm one of the bread slices with banana on top in the microwave.
- When the banana softens enough, pull out the slice and spread the banana on the slice with a knife. Let the slice rest for a minute to absorb the banana juice.
- Place strawberries and apple on the slice and top with another slice to complete the sandwich.
- This healthy breakfast is ready to munch.
