  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 tsp sriracha (chili sauce)
  • 2 1/2 oz mirin (rice wine)

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together well.
