Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup corn starch
  • 2 tbsps flax seed
  • 2 1/4 tsps yeast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 2 tbsps corn syrup
  • 2 tsps cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together, keep separate.
  • Mix all wet ingredients together.
  • Add 1 cup hot water from the tap, not kettle.
  • Mix in dry ingredients and mix for 4 minutes.
  • Put in loaf pan and let rise in draft free area for 80 minutes.
  • Bake in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 35 minutes.
